Description
This GE Fanuc electronic assembly current source analog block Genius I/O block system makes up the whole functioning Genius I/O current source analog block with it corresponding terminal assembly. While the terminal assembly houses the block’s configuration settings that are stored in EEPROM and provides a base for all the field wiring. The electronic assembly contains the block’s microprocessor and provides an interface between field devices and the Genius bus. It comes with a dedicated bus switching module (BSM) that shares an electric common with the 2 output circuits and is isolated from the input circuits.
